Read Carefully

  • Please note that dates are not held until the contract is signed and deposit is received.

  • The deposit for most packages is $500 or less.

  • Full balance must be paid in seven days prior to the event date.

  • The deposit and all other payments are non-refundable. The ONLY option the client has is to reschedule the event. The client has 30 days from cancellation date to choose a new date. The event must take place within one year of cancellation date. All payments previously paid will be transferred to the new event date.

  • If there is a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances by Brownstone Signature Events, LLC, we will give a full refund of the monies paid to this event.

  • If the event must be cancelled due to an act of God or government shutdown the client can choose a new date within one year.
